You have bought a new Projector, but you cannot find a way to connect it to your iPhone. Because the manufacturers provide an HDMI or VGI cable along the Projector, which can be connected to Desktop or Laptop Computers. Then How do we connect our Projectors to our iPhones? How to Use Projector with iPhone:
There are several methods of connecting a Projector with an iPhone. Here we are going to group them into two categories. Wired and Wireless.
How to Use Projector with iPhone using Wired Methods:
As we have mentioned earlier, you will get either an HDMI cable or a VGI cable along with the Projector. However, you can purchase certain cables and adapters to use Projector with iPhone.
iPhone to HDMI Cable:
All modern Projectors have an HDMI port for connectivity. But, iPhones don’t have an HDMI port. So, you can use the Lightning to HDMI cable to connect your iPhone with the Projector.

iPhone to VGA Adapter:

How to Use Projector with iPhone using Wireless Methods:
There are two Wireless Methods by which you can connect Projector with iPhone. That are Bluetooth and WiFi.
Almost all Smartphones (including iPhones) have Bluetooth and WiFi features. But, not all Projectors have WiFi connectivity features.
If you own a Smart Projector, you can easily connect Projector with iPhone.
But, if you don’t have a Smart Projector, you can use Wireless Adapters.
Note that your Projector should have a USB Port to plug the USB Adapters.
WiFi Adapter:
If your projector doesn’t have Smart Wireless connectivity features, you can use WiFi Adapter or WiFi Dongle to connect Projector with iPhone.

Conclusion:
If you wish to use the Wired method, I suggest connecting them through VGA or HDMI ports. Because the USB Cable and Adapter are not suitable for transferring high-quality data. However, you can use any of the Wireless methods, whichever you feel convenient. But, for using the Wireless Adapters, your Projector should at least have a USB Port.
